Smoking:

Please understand that we cannot accept smoking in our apartments, because subsequent guests could be affected by it. For that reason please smoke only on the terraces. Thank you!

Check in and Check out:

Check in from 3 pm
Check out until 11 am
Check in day for weekly bookings in main season is saturday-other arrival days can be requested.

Terms of reservation:

After receiving a reservation confirmation from us and receiving a deposit of 100 Euro on our bank account (within 14 days after receiving the reservation confirmation) your apartment is booked. As soon as we notice your cash remittance, we send you a confirmation.

The rest of the payment with the additional deposit of 100 Euro is to be done after the take-over of the apartment in CASH. The back payment of the caution is done after a proper handing back of the apartment.

Terms of Cancellation:

Should you -out of any unfortunate reason- not be able to come within 14 days before your journey, we allow us to send you a voucher in the height of your pre payment for an alternative periode of time (minus 10 Euros of administrative charges). A refunding of your pre payment is not possible.

At a cancellation, which is not according to our time limit, we cannot give you back your pre-payment. It will be kept.
